I am a UX designer with a service design perspective, passionate about applying design thinking to create meaningful, inclusive experiences that balance problem-solving with empathy for users. Over the past two years, I have worked with clients across multiple industries, designing web and mobile B2B products that are not only intuitive but also accessible to diverse users, including those with disabilities.

I collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—Business Analysts, Product Owners, and developers—to design solutions that meet business goals while prioritizing user needs. My work includes user research, journey mapping (As-Is and To-Be), wireframing, prototyping (low-fi to high-fi) in Figma, workshop facilitation, and design reviews with end-users. I also maintain and update design systems to ensure consistency, accessibility, and inclusive design standards.
